Meaningful Human-centred Facilitation
AI is impacting the world of work, in ways that we do not yet fully understand. As we use more digital technologies (including AI) we are shaping that technology, but it is also shaping us. Taking a human-centred facilitation approach I work with individuals and groups to develop critical thinking, manage change and ensure that we all thrive in the workplaces of the future.
Research-informed Practice-focused Professional Learning
As a digital learning specialist I run digital masterclasses with a difference, and offer bespoke services for teams who are looking for a research-informed critically engaged OD, change or learning programme.
My Masterclasses are delivered online, using the three-phase DLM Approach: Notice, Reflect, Act. This enables learning to be embedded in the workplace, ensuring it is meaningful and relevant. Courses run over 3 or 6 weeks, with a live online workshop each week.
Learning is more than just content; it is about empowering individuals, enabling them to deeply understand their workplace and themselves, to care, and to act with confidence from an informed position.
