Facilitating Online Meetings and Leading Team Discussions
Challenges when working online often relate to communication, building relationships and managing wellbeing. These happen differently online and so we need to develop different skills when leading teams and working together.

Presenting Online
If you have sat in online meetings where the slides are read out, the text is too small to see or only 2 people from a team of 12 join in you'll know some of the challenges in presenting online.
Connecting digitally enables us to work internationally, to share updates and action plans, and work together at a distance. But presenting through a screen isn't the same as being in the room.
In this digital masterclass we focus on presenting content (reports, updates, action plans) and consider ways in which we can share the knowledge embedded in the presentation effectively.
